Potomac Strategy provided strategic planning, analysis, marketing strategy, content development and production for Google’s fiber-based broadband division. Drove the product development, marketing and launch of a low-cost broadband service to reduce digital divide in the provider’s footprint.

Potomac Strategy developed a comprehensive strategic business plan including a competitive analysis, target market segmentation, viable market opportunity, product recommendations, and marketing plan to support the company’s objective of penetrating the African American consumer demographic.

 

U.S. Department of State

Potomac Strategy was part of a team that completed site survey and assessment in order to develop detailed designs and construction pricing to enhance the secure facilities at the US Embassy in an African capital. We created a detailed cost estimation approach that addressed the various combinations of potential enhancements to the facility. Used the approach to provide a robust cost estimate to the tune of $10M for the overall project and its subcomponents for the client to initiate the construction of the site.

Potomac Strategy developed competitive landscaping and strategic plan to enhance the financial and operational capabilities of the Advancement Project, which is focused on tackling inequity across the US with innovative strategies and community alliances. Additionally, we developed a financial plan with income components to support the strategic plan assumptions and recommendations.
